Description of the Requirement:

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) want to
purchase a MF - HF Radio Direction Finder to install aboard an
ice-breaker. The technical specifications of the Radio Direction
Finder are described at Annex A - Requirement.

Deliverables:

(a)	A MF - HF Radio Direction Finder that meets all the
technicals specifications described at section 2 of Annex A -
Requirement.
(b)	A display unit control
(c)	A DF antenna
(d)	The necessary Interface to connect the equipment
(e)	Interface for gyro NMEA 0183
(f)	Power supply range from 90 to 130 Vac at 60 Hz 
(g)	At least 150 feet of cable to connect the antenna with the
receiver
(h)	A technical manual

Basis of Selection:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Delivery date:

On or before March 28, 2013.

Shipping Instructions:

Goods must be consigned to the destination specified in the
Contract and delivered "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) at 101,
boulevard Champlain, Québec, Québec, G1K 7Y7, Incoterms 2000 for
shipments from a commercial contractor.

This PWGSC office provide procurement services in French and

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
