Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: TITLE: High- performance Visible and Near-Infrared - shortwave Infrared (VNIR-SWIR) Airborne Hyperspectral Imager Requirement: Provide a high spatial and spectral resolution reflective imaging spectrometer covering the 400 to 2400 nm spectral range with a large field of view adapted for airborne wide area mapping applications. The spectrometer must have the capability to perform radiometrically calibrated, high signal-to-noise ratio, low distortions measurements at a high spectral resolution, as specified in the requirements mentioned in Annex B - Requirement. IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention. Client department: The organization for which the services are to be rendered is Defence R&D Canada -Valcartier. Delivery Date: - The final plans must be received on or before six (6) weeks after the date of contract award. The final plans presenting the required imager information and design must be submitted to the DRDC Valcartier technical officer once approved. - The instrument and training must be received on or before fifty-two (52) weeks after the date of contract award. Mandatory Financial Criteria: The maximum funding available for the contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $1,335,000.00$CAN, all transportation and delivery charges and all Canadian Customs duties and excise taxes are included(Goods and Services Tax or the Harmonized Sales Tax extra, as appropriate). Bids valued in excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maximum funding available. Rated Technical criteria: The Offeror must indicate how their proposal satisfies each of the rated criteria. Offerors must provide a response to each of the rated criteria, whether negative or positive. Offerors must also clearly state how its proposed services meets each of the criteria. All information must be elaborated in a data sheet or any other document in which each of the criteria is clearly stated. The rated requirements submitted by the supplier must replace the minimum requirements in the statement of requirement for these criteria only. The other requirements in the statement of requirement must also be met by the supplier. Financial capability: The Contracting Authority may require some financial information before the contract award. Visit to Supplier Facilities: The Supplier authorizes Canada, through its representative, to visit its facilities to monitor work progress. A minimum of two (2) site visits will take place at the expense of DRDC. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
