    This requirement is open only to qualified suppliers under
    Supply Arrangement EE517-121480/B - Quebec Region, for
    environmental investigation of site services for hydrogeologist.

    Summary :
    
    As part of the construction project of the New Bridge for the
    St. Lawrence (NBSL), Public Works and Government Services Canada
    (PWGSC) on behalf of Infrastructure Canada (INFC) is seeking the
    services of an environmental consulting firm to perform an
    Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Phases I and II on 54 lots
    located in the corridor of the NBSL. These lots will be acquired
    temporality to facilitate the construction of the NBSL. 
    
    Also as part of this mandate, a review of an earlier study on
    the existing corridor should be conducted to examine the
    potential presence of asbestos in soils.
    
    
    Period of the Contract:
    
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to February
    15th, 2015 inclusive.

    Requests for information must be submitted in writing at

    Ongoing opportunity for qualification:
    
    A Notice will be posted once a year on the Government Electronic
    Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new suppliers to become
    qualified. Existing qualified suppliers who have been issued a
    supply arrangement will not be required to submit a new
    arrangement.
