    AIR QUALITY STATIONARY STATION, NEW BRIDGE FOR ST.LAWRENCE
    
    SUMMARY:
    This project consists of the installation and operation of an
    air quality stationary station (the station) in the context of
    the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence (NBSL) project. The station
    will be installed on Nun's Island near Highway 10. It will allow
    for measurement of ambient concentrations of air contaminants in
    an area close to the NBSL highway during the NBSL construction
    and operation periods.
    
    This project is being implemented in response to recommendations
    made in the context of the Environmental Assessment of the NBSL
    project.
    
    OPTIONAL STATION'S STRUCTURE VISIT:
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the station's structure. Arrangements have been
    made for a tour which will take place January 21, 2015 at 10:30
    am at the International Airport Pierre Elliott Trudeau at the
    following address: 7575 Hervé Saint Martin Street,
    Saint-Laurent, Québec, H4S 2A5.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority 4 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend.
