TITLE: REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFERS - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, VARIOUS SERVICES, QUÉBEC AREA 

SUMMARY

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to issue standing offers for services required by the Real Property Directorate of PWGSC in the Quebec region.

Consulting firms with multidisciplinary expertise including landscape architecture are invited to submit offers. Generally, the areas covered by the projects of these commands are:

a) Urban parks/ urban design and site design around buildings: service and recreation infrastructure, active transport paths (pedestrian and cycling usage), boardwalk, parking, urban furnishings, exterior lighting, integration of public art, vegetation management.

b) Natural parks: Service andrecreational infrastructure in a natural environment.

c) Heritage conservation: historical site, refurbishment and rehabilitation of gardens or cultural landscapes or development of work of art.

d) Ecological design: Design of ecosystems (restoration or design of wildlife habitats), ecological site design (LEED), and rehabilitation of industrial or degraded lands.

STANDING OFFER PERIOD

It is Public Works and Governmental Services Canada intention to authorize up to three (3) Standing Offersfor a period of three (3) years with an option available to the Crown to extend the Standing Offers for two (2) additional one (1) year period. The total dollar value of the Standing Offer is estimated to be 4.6 million dollars (GST/QST Included). Biddersshould note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called-up.
