DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, a complete and
integrated service repair machine tools as the mechanical,
electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, stationary
engines and mechanical repair of the building, as well as
preventive maintenance services of building equipment 64 which
are listed in Annex A to the DRDC (Research and Development
Defence Canada), Valcartier 

IDENTIFIED USER:

The Identified User authorized to make call-ups against the
Standing Offer is: 
The Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed
Forces. - DRDC.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:

The period of the Standing Offer is for a period of three (3)
years from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2017 plus two (2)
irrevocable options of extension for one (1) year each.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:

The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $180,000.00 for
the period from October 1, 2014, to September 31, 2017 inclusive.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Offerers must submit a list of names or other related
information as needed, pursuant to Section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

OTHER INFORMATION:

Security: The company and its employees must comply with the
safety standards in force on the site of DRDC Valcartier. There
will be a person at any time as an escort wherever work is
needed. These escorts will be provided by the section where the
service is needed with a sector employee or a security agent. He
may also have access to secure sectors to accomplish different
works. In addition, they must comply with the policy of DRDC
Valcartier on the possession and use of portable devices like
computer, cell phone, camera, etc.
