    TITLE:    CONSTRUCTION OF THE SERVICES BUILDING POINT OF
    PENOUILLE, FORILLON NATIONAL PARK
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
     The work to be done as indicated in the current contract
    consists primarily, but is not limited to: 
    
    .1 	The construction of the new service building on the point of
    Penouiille, at the Forillon Nation Park, in Gaspé. The building
    includes toilets, a service counter as well as a resting area
    with recovered tables and fireplace. 
    .2 	In a particular manner, the work primarily includes, but not
    limited to, the provision of labour, materials, equipment as
    well as any other operations necessary for: 
    
    	1- The deconstruction (recover the tables, fireplace and
    planks) and the demolition of the 	                  existing
    building. 
    	2- The demolition of the existing wooden sidewalks (indentified
    on the plans) 	
    	3- The relocation of the shelters 
    	4- The construction of a 3.575 meters x 12.090 meters x 2.60
    meters on average building,                  wooden framework,
    covered in wooden shingles. 
    		1-The building includes, without limiting to, a low-slope
    roof, a foundation of                                    screwed
    pile, an exterior sheltered space, an exterior wooden universal
    access                                ramp, compost toilets, and
    the installation of the recovered fireplace of the              
                          existing building. 
    	5- The construction of the new exterior wooden sidewalk in the
    front of the building and                    connecting the
    former to the existing. 
    	6- The plantation of native perennials on the periphery of the
    building and in the zones of                   the worksite that
    were damaged during the work. 
    	7- The reparation and the restoration of the premises.
    
    OPTIONAL BIDDERS CONFERENCE
    An optional bidders conference will take place at 10h00am local
    time on August 21, 2014, at:

    Boul. de Forillon (route 132), Gaspé, Québec, Canada
    Parc national du Canada Forillon
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    -	The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    -	INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
    received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
    will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
    the information. Failure to provide the names within the
    time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to
    provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or
    failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in
    the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    Construction schedule is planned for (eight) 8 weeks from the
    date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    BUDGET
    The budget, for this project, is between 250 001 $ and 500 000 $
    (Taxes extra)
