TITLE:  RISO- Alco Engines Cylinders Heads and Connecting Rods
Repairs and Overhaul


DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, all material,
equipment and labour necessary to dismantle, clean, inspect,
check cracks with Magnaflux, reassemble and hydrostaticaly test
with hot water Alco diesel engines Cylinder Heads model 251F,
for all Ships of Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Canadian Coast
Guard, Central Artic Region, in accordance with Manufacturer's
Technical Bulletin M1-11020G and the Statement of Work in Annex
A. Only OEM parts will be accepted and the Contractor shall
provide documents proving the origin of parts.


PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The period of the RISO will be from December 1st, 2015 to
November 30, 2016, with a possibility of two (2) additional
periods of one (1) year each as, December 1st, 2016 to November
30, 2017 and from December 1st, 2017 to November 30, 2018.


APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $165,000.00
excluding taxes, for the period from December 1st, 2015 to
November 30, 2016 inclusive.


TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
