TITLE:  DFO - 5.0 HP HEAT PUMP & HEAT EXCHANGER
 
DESCRIPTION:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada Department, has a requirement for the supply and the delivery of 2 (two) 5.0 HP heat pumps and its heat exchangers. The heat exchangers must be optimized for maximum transfer of cold or heat in a Copeland 5.0 HP FFAP PN-050Z-TFE-070 refrigeration/heating unit or equivalent. Sea water will flow through these heat exchangers at a rate of 250 liters/minute. All the goods must be compliant with the technical specifications described in the Annex A - Requirement of the document of the tender notice.

DELIVERY:
All the deliverables must be received no lather than 8 weeks after award of contract.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions oftheNorth American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
