TITLE: SCHOOL BUS RENTAL WITHOUT DRIVERS


DESCRIPTION: 
The Department of National Defence (DND) for the Cadet Summer Training Camp (CSTC) Bagotville requires the rental of ten (10) school buses without drivers, with a capacity of 48 passengers including eight (8) buses with luggage compartments and two (2) buses without luggage compartment, in accordance with Annex A - Statement of work includes in this request for proposal.

NOTE:  These buses must be equipped with hydraulic brakes only because all DND drivers have a driving licenses for that purpose.


PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT:
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to May 31, 2018 inclusive, and there are two (2) additional periods of one year each.


PERIOD OF SERVICE:
These buses are required from June 25, 2017 until 12 August 2017 inclusive.  The schedule of the requirement is listed below:
1) June 25, 2017: Two (2) buses without luggage compartments;
2) June 25, 2017:  One (1) buses with luggage compartments;
3) July 02, 2017:  Five (5) buses with luggage compartments; and
4) August 11, 2017:   Two (2) buses with luggage compartments.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This Public Services and Procurement Canada office provides procurement services in both official languages of Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
