PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This is a request for a standing offer to provide on an
as-needed basis and with the emphasis on the period between
April and November, maintenance and repair work on ten marine
facilities of various wharves under the charge Public Works and
Government Services Canada, located in the Lower North Shore
region, between Baie-Johan-Beetz and Blanc-Sablon.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
Tenderers must hold a valid building contractor's licence issued
by the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) in the class required
to perform the work.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

TERM OF STANDING OFFER
The period for making Call-ups against the Standing Offer is
from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2015. The Standing
Offer can be extended for four (4) additional 1 year periods.
