Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities 
whatsoever for the information foundon websites of third parties. 

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be 

amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all 

amendments using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidderto regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consists in providing the services, labour, tools and equipment necessary to carry out minor construction and maintenance wo
rk on the systems mentioned below for Public Works and Government Services Canada - Real Property Branch. The work is to be performed in Government of Canada buildings and facilities within a 250-km radius of 1550 d
’Estimauville, Quebec, G1J0C7.

A. Plumbing and piping systems
 .1 Hygiene facilities;
 .2 Piping, devices and water supply or other accessories, e.g.heating oil, compressed air; and
 .3 Piping, devices and accessories for building sanitary and storm drainage.

B. Heating systems
 .1 Oil furnace with warm air distribution system;
 .2 Oil burner with boilers and hot water or low-pressure steam distribution systems;
 .3 Controls, chimneys and tanks.


MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bidor promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time f
rame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER
The period of the Contract is from January 1st, 2016 to December 31, 2017 inclusive with a possibility of three (3) years in option.
