IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Government of Canada moved its Government Electronic Tendering Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Since June 1st 2013, Canada makes available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. 

Canada is not responsible and willnot assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties. 

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information. 

Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part nor for notification services offered by a third party.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to perform the refurbishment of the Bois-sent-bon path observatory. The project’s location is at the Cap Tourmente national reserve, St-Joachim, Québec. 
MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
-CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list ofnames of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be executed on a 10 weeks period following the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Firms that elect to base their bidsontender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
