IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to maintenance of the Institute Maurice Lamontagne grounds areas. Various maintenance work are also included in this contract. 

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION SCREENING
Before contract award, bidders must provide a certificate demonstrating that they hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian IndustrialSecurity Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

- CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
