NOTICE:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement to purchase three (3) new Marine Searchlights. All of the searchlights must be dual headed. Two of the searchlights must include one ultraviolet/UV and one sharp white light. The other searchlight must be with one (1) dual headed sharp white light. The requirement is detailed under Annex A - Statement of Requirement and Mandatory criteria’s.

Canadian Coast Guard will ask the contractor to provide a unit cost for nine (9) additional searchlights with the option to purchase some or all units within 36 months from Contract award.
