Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: TITLE: 10 KW VISIONMASTER "MASTERHEAD" RADAR AND THE PARTS TO CONVERT IT TO THE 25 KW VERSION DESCRIPTION: The Electronics and Informatics (E&I) sector of the Integrated Technical Services division of the Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, must purchase a 10 kW VisionMaster "Masterhead" X-Band Radar, as well as the parts needed to convert it to the 25 kW version, in order to stock its inventory of replacement parts. DELIVERY: All the deliverables must be received within 12 weeks after award of contract. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). TENDER DOCUMENTS Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders site. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the same site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
