Replacement Parts and Tools for Snowmobiles and ATVs: Yamaha, Arctic Cat and Polaris

This request for a standing offer is to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence for the supply, on an as-and-when-ordered basis, of tools and replacement parts for its fleet of snowmobiles and ATVs (All Terrain Vehicle) of Yamaha, Arctic Cat and Polaris Brand Marks.
 
The goods are required for the Valcartier Support Base of the 2nd Division of Canada.  The fleet of snowmobiles and ATVs includes approximately:

Yamaha : Fifteen (15) snowmobiles, Model Viking Pro of 2010 and seventeen (17) snowmobiles Model Venture RST90Y of 2009.

Arctic Cat : Eighty-eight (88)snowmobiles Model Bearcat 570 XT (unknown year), three (3) snowmobiles Model Bearcat Z1 XT of 2013 et thirteen (13) ATVs 550 EFI of 2010.

Polaris : Three (3) snowmobiles Model IQ Touring of 2009 et fifty-seven (57) ATVs Model 500HO of 2009.

It is intended that up to three (3) standing offers will be issued as a result of this request for a standing offer.

The period of the standing is for three (3) years, from January 1st 2017 to December 31, 2019.
