The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Tactical Hardware Cross Domain Transfer Security Solution (CDTS) for select Army tactical vehicles.  The complete details of the requirement and 
the evaluation criteria are contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) 
that may be requested through the Contracting Authority (CA) identified 
herein.  

This requirement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), therefore interested Bidders must be registered, exempt or excluded under the CGP in order to receive the bid solicitation package.  

Interested bidders that are registered with the CGP must send an email to the CA by 23 November 2015, 14:00 Hrs EST to request the bid pack
age.  In order to receive the bid package, bidders must include the 
copy of the registration or written proof of exemption or exclusion 
from the CGP.   

The bid package will only be sent to the interested bidders who have made their request in writing to the CA before the closing date of this no
tice and included their copy of the registration or written proof of exemption or exclusion from the CGP.
