REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFERS:  TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFER (NMSO)FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTOROLA RADIOS, ACCESSORIES AND ANCILLARIES FOR THE DERPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, TRADE & DEVELOPMENT (DFATD) AND OTHER IDENTIFIED USERS(TO BE DETERMINED).

This RFSO is a re-issue of the original RFSO (08843-140380) which was issued in early 2015, and cancelled due to discontinued MotorolaRadiosthat were required in that solicitation.  The only change in this RFSO relates to updated part numbers for new Motorola mobile and portable radios, two-way radio repeaters, and accessories listed in the Statement of Requirement.  The requirement will befulfilled through a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) and call-ups will be issued on an “as and when” requested basis by Department of ForeignAffairs, Trade & Development (DFATD), and any other interested Identified Users over a period of threeyears, with two one-year option periods. The estimated cashflow for DFATD is $650,000 per year.
