Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), a Special Operating Agency of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), owns and operates the federal government’s civilian vessel fleet. CCG has a requirement for a Self-Powered Telephone System for small, medium and large vessels to meet its operational requirements of providing efficient communications between critical locations throughout the vessels in emergency conditions The purpose of this standing offer is to purchase a Commercial-off-the Shelf (COTS) Self Powered Telephone system, as well as individual components for sparing for existing Self Powered Telephone systems with the option for training/commissioning services as listed in Annex A. The Standing Offer will have an initial period of 5 years with two one-year option periods. The following trade agreements apply: Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans - Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) Canada - Colombia Free Trade Agreement Canada - European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) Canada - Honduras Free Trade Agreement Canada - Korea Free Trade Agreement Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement Canada - Ukraine Free Trade Agreement Canada - United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA) Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
