    The Canadian Industrial TEMPEST Program (CITP)
    The Canadian Industrial TEMPEST Program was initiated in 1979 to
    encourage the availability of emanation-suppressed electronics
    equipment from sources in Canada to meet the needs of the
    Canadian Government for handling classified data.  The following
    is a prequalified list of companies that, having the
    prerequisite technical expertise and security clearances, have
    entered into a formal agreement with Communications Security
    Establishment Canada (CSEC) of the Government of Canada and are
    members in good standing of the Canadian Industrial TEMPEST
    Program:

    Use of Source Lists for the Purchase of TEMPEST Equipment and
    Services
    
    In compliance with the requirements of Article 506 of the
    Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Public Works & Government
    Services Canada (PWGSC) will make calls for tenders for TEMPEST
    equipment and services using source lists of qualified companies
    that are confirmed members of the Canadian Industrial TEMPEST
    Program. 
    
    Solicitations will be issued using the source lists below.  
    CITP member companies that qualify for and wish to be added to
    another source list should contact the PWGSC CITP Manager.
    
    Reseller arrangements will be accepted between current CITP
    members. Members wishing to have a CITP reseller arrangement
    shall notify both PWGSC and CSE of their intent.
