Update to Request for Information (RFI):

Public Services and Procurement Canada and the Department of National Defence would like to thank all those that have participated in this Request for Information.  The information and feedback provided by industry has been of great assistance.

Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of The Department of National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces, would like to notify industry that the Defensive Cyber Operations - Decision Support Project (DCO-DS) and the Cyber Security Awareness Project (CSA) have been formally combined into a single project: the Cyber Defence - Decision Analysis and Response Project (CD-DAR).  

Please be advised a new RFI for CD-DAR will be posted on buyandsell in early 2020.  The purpose of the CD-DAR RFI will be to provide suppliers with an overview of the project scope and the intended procurement process which will include an Invitation to Qualify.  Suppliers will be asked, through the CD-DAR RFI to provide feedback on a draft ITQ.  

Note: to ensure the greatest visibility to industry the draft ITQ will also be posted separately on buyandsell.

National Security Exception (NSE) Notice:
All aspects of this RFI and any resulting solicitation or contract are subject to the national security exception and are, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.
