Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: SCALE,GRAPHICAL FIRING W8486-136117/A Lily Anam Telephone No. - (819) 956-2324 Fax No. - (819) 956-5650 GSIN: N1220 (Fire Control Computing Sights and Devices) Quantity: 400 (100 firing fans for each nature of ammunition for a total of 400 firing fans) Delivery Dates: All the deliverables need to be received by August 30th, 2013 BACKGROUND: The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure spare parts required to support the MK 1 plotting board used to calculate firing data for the Canadian Armed Forces 81 mm mortar ammunition. DND needs four (4) different types of spare parts that are 81 mm mortar firing scales fans, which will be used with the Mk 1 plotting board in operation and training to calculate the correct elevation settings, and where applicable, time fused settings for the applicable 81 mm mortar ammunition. Additional specifications and details can be found in the solicitation documentation. DELIVERY: Delivery will be FCA Free Carrier Incoterms 2000 and all the deliverables need to be received by August 30th, 2013. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
