    BACKGROUND:
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
    procure spare parts required to support the MK 1 plotting board
    used to calculate firing data for the Canadian Armed Forces 81
    mm mortar ammunition. DND needs four (4) different types of
    spare parts that are 81 mm mortar firing scales fans, which will
    be used with the Mk 1 plotting board in operation and training
    to calculate the correct elevation settings, and where
    applicable, time fused settings for the applicable 81 mm mortar
    ammunition. Additional specifications and details can be found
    in the solicitation documentation.
    
    DELIVERY:
    
    Delivery will be FCA Free Carrier Incoterms 2000 and all the
    deliverables need to be received by August 30th, 2013.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT) and exempt from the provisions of the World
    Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement
    (WTO-AGP), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
    
    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
    to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
    of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
    may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
