Amendment #3 is raised to post Questions and Answers, amend Part 4 Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection Article 4.1 Evaluation Procedures and to amend the Bid Closing Date.

The purpose of the Polar Over The Horizon Radar (POTHR), Amendment Two is to extend the solicitation closing date, make corrective wording changes to the documents, respond to the questions received from industry and to updated documents as a result of these questions. 

The purpose of the POTHR Amendment One is to make changes to the evaluation criteria in the Terms and Conditions, Annex B and Annex E. The amendment is also to   update information and dates in Annex H.  

The objective of the POTHR - Second System project is to design, build, install, and operate a second Canadian POTHR system at a location in the Northwest Territories, which will work cooperatively with the previously installed Nunavut POTHR system.

The period of the Core component of the Contract is estimated to be the date of Contract award until twenty-four (24) months after Contract award, once all services and deliverables have been delivered and accepted, all warranties have expired, and no outstanding warranty issues exist.

The requirement also includes a Task Authorization component for work that may be required on an "as and when requested" basis to support system operations, and Technical Investigations and Engineering Services (TIES) to support further deployment of the POTHR capability
