The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), 'K' Division NWR CBRNE, Edmonton, Alberta requires the supply and delivery of: - one (1) ScanX Scout Digital Imaging System with battery Manufacturer Part#: D5000-SB - two (2) Kodak Phosphor Storage Plate 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: 5100lPST6 1417 - two (2) plate protectors 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: B2160-14 - two (2) Plate Holders 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: B9140-1417 - one (1) Scanview Acquisitions and Viewing Software Manufacturer Part#: Scanview With an option to purchase two additional before 31 March 2014: - one (1) ScanX Scout Digital Imaging System with battery Manufacturer Part#: D5000-SB - two (2) Kodak Phosphor Storage Plate 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: 5100lPST6 1417 - two (2) plate protectors 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: B2160-14 - two (2) Plate Holders 14" x 17" Manufacturer Part#: B9140-1417 - one (1) Scanview Acquisitions and Viewing Software Manufacturer Part#: Scanview Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2013. RCMP requests no substitution because the Scan X Scout has a built in rechargeable battery and patented built-in erase features and no other known source can supply an equivalent or similar product. RCMP has been trained using this equipment. Commonality is crucial for investigations and members safety as the transfer of equipment and personell between divisions is a normal occurrence. This requirement is subject to AIT. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
