    Requirement:
    The Department of National Defence (DND), 17 Wing requires
    Regional Individual Standing Offers for the supply of Composite
    Food Packages in seven (7) geographical locations listed herein.
     The Composite Food Packages consist of the supply of food and
    subsequent preparation of boxed lunches, and hot and cold meals
    as requested by DND in accordance with the requirements detailed
    in the Request for Standing Offer.
    
    Offerors are required to bid on a minimum of one (1)
    geographical location and must have a kitchen site located
    within the geographical location or within a 50 km radius of the
    geographical location they are bidding on.
    
    Geographical Locations:
    1.	Kenora, Ontario
    2.	Thunder Bay, Ontario
    3.	Portage La Prairie, Manitoba
    4.	Regina, Saskatchewan
    5.	Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
    6.	Yorkton, Saskatchewan
    7.	Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
    
    The period of the Standing Offers will be for one-year from June
    15, 2012 to June 14, 2013, with two (2) additional one (1)-year
    option periods.
    
    This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
    and/or services.
    
    Debriefings:
    After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
    debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
    process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
    Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
    the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
    in writing, by telephone or in person.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
