Nature of Requirements: 

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) has a requirement for a Canadian contractor to provide Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) services for demonstration and evaluation of current capabilities of a late stage R&D solution for the purpose of future North Atlantic Right Whale Monitoring. 

The procurement includes the award of up to three contracts for the purpose of demonstrating the technical functionalities and capabilities of the bidders’ proposed solution.

Includes 2 one year options to extend the Contract period.

An option exists to perform a mission in Gaspe, Quebec carrying a government furnished payload.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and services.

To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
