On August 21, 2019, Canada issued an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ)(Solicitation W8483-197521/B) allowing for interested Members of Industry to pre-qualify for the VISSC II process. The initial ITQ period closed on October 31, 2019 at 1400hrs EST. 

On December 24, 2019, the ITQ was re-issued (Solicitation W8483-197521/C) to provide Members of Industry with a second opportunity to respond. The re-issued ITQ closed on January 8, 2020 at 1400hrs EST.

This notice serves to announce the Pre-Qualified Bidders (PQB) as a result of the Responses received from both ITQ solicitations.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
