Canadian Student Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Survey

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Health Canada (HC) is requesting Industry feedback regarding a task to conduct a survey of at least 36,000 students in schools, grades 7-12 (Secondary I-V in Quebec), in all 10 Canadian provinces. 
By using a list of specific questions (see Section 7 of the RFI), the objectives of this RFI are to:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Health Canada (HC) is requesting Industry feedback regarding a task to conduct a survey of at least 36,000 students in schools, grades 7-12 (Secondary I-V in Quebec), in all 10 Canadian provinces. 

By using a list of specific questions (see Section 7 of the RFI), the objectives of this RFI are to:

- Determine the level of Industry interested and qualified to be carrying out a CSTADS study of data collection different from the past as it will offer mixed methodology data collection such as paper and pencil as well as electronic data collection;

- Gather information to assist in the development of a potential Request for Proposal (RFP) for targeted Health Canada outreach services;

- Determine whether industry holds the potential security level that future solicitations would include.

Time and Place for Submission of Responses: 
Suppliers interested in providing responses to the specific questions listed in Section 7 should deliver the responses directly to the contact identified in Section 5 Enquiries, by the time and date indicated on page 1 of this RFI.
