Standing Offer Agreement,  Tools and Equipment - Rental,  CFB Gagetown ,  New Brunswick

The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick has a requirement  for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Rental of Tools and Equipment on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the Specification Job No. L-G2-9900/1741 dated 2016-10-12 for the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2019 inclusive.

A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $250,001 - $500,000 (HST extra)

 Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in thesolicitation documents requires attention. 

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
