    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit 
    
    the work site. 
    
    With respect to the Tenders for W6837-180117 - Grass Cutting #1 and 
    W6837-180115 - Grass Cutting #2, arrangements have been made for the
    site visits to be held.  
    Attendees are asked to meet at:

    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 
    5:00pm, May 31, 2017, to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of 
    the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an 
    attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have 
    attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site 
    visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any cl
    arifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site 
    
    visit will be included as anamendment to the bid solicitation

    The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing 
    of 
    all labour, material, tools, Supervision, and equipment required to cut 
    
    
    grass, as shown on drawings for the following areas:
    
    .1 Vimy, Amiens, Mons, Reichwald, and Batouche Rifle Ranges;
    .2 Three 50 meters Ranges;
    .3 ASA Compound located on the Shirley Road within the Training Area;
    .4 Camp Petersville; and
    .5 K and L Zones.
    
    For other areas within the Ranges and Training Area and outside the ASA 
    
    
    Compound will be as required.
    
    The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for 
    this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000. - 
    $250,000.
