The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following at Barrack Green Armoury, HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve and HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve Boat House:
1. Weekly Heating Plant operational  inspections  at  Barrack  Green Armoury and HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve;
2. Heating season system start-up at Barrack Green Armoury and HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve;
3. End of heating season system shut down at Barrack Green Armoury and HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve;
4. Annual service and cleaning of the unit heaters at HMCS Brunswicker Naval Reserve Boat House; and
5. Repair services, when requested, at all facilities.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category:   $100,000 - $250,000
