To provide a Level 5 Quality of Service (QoS) (which applies to all circuits for all sites except Satellite sites) managed IP service in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work and Annex B - Basis of Payment, for Royal Canadian Mounted Police, various locations in Saskatchewan as listed in Annex B with a circuit speed at the tolerances listed. Period of contract is from date of contract award to 31 March 2019 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
