To provide accommodations and catering services for 50 Junior Canadian Rangers (JCRs) (youth) and up to 15 adults.for Department of National Defence, CanadianRanger Patrol Group (CRPG) in Iqaluit, NU during the  period April 19 to 24, 2017, in accordance with  the Statement of Work, Annex A.


BACKGROUND

CRPG will hold its Nunavut Territorial Shoot for the time frame 21-24 April 2017.  Participants willtravel from various northern communities, arriving in Iqaluit no later than 21 April 2017 and departing no later than 24 April 2017. 

The shoot will take place on 22 and 23 April 2017.

All meals shall be provided in a buffet setting for up to 65 persons, unless otherwise indicated 3 days before activity.

Bagged meals shall be provided, as needed for early/late flight departures.

Two conference rooms are required for up to 55 persons each. 

If 2 conference rooms are not available,  biddersmay propose  one (1) large ballroom that can hold the range and team preparation area; minimum 110 persons.  Must have tables and chairs available (minimum 15 tables and 70 chairs).

Hotel rooms and conference room(s) must be in one (1) facility.
