Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Department of National Defence, CFB Dundurn, Dundurn, SK on 31 October 2018. The site visit will begin at 1100 CST, in the Construction Engineering Conference Room.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 29 October 2018 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) and copies of driver’s licences of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.


To provide all labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide required to cut and trim grass as detailed herein, for the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD), Dundurn, SK.,   All work shall be done in accordance with Annex A Statement of Work W690D-18AAAP dated June 26, 2018, as and when requested during the period of the Standing Offer from 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2022. This Request for a Standing Offer includes provisions for secuirty.
