A Regional Master Standing Offer to supply and deliver all
materials, labour, equipment, supervision and transportation
necessary to provide heavy equipment rentals (without operator)
in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba on an as required basis
during the period of the standing offer. The standing offer will
be in effect from Issance of the Standing Offer to 30 September
2016 with two (2) one (1) year option periods.

Option Year 1 - 01 October 2016 to 30 September 2017
Option Year 2 - 01 October 2017 to 30 September 2018

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006 and 2007, offerors must provide a list of all
owners and/or Directors and other associated information as
required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for
additional information on the Integrity Provisions.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

This Standing Offer will not be for deliveries of goods or
services in a CLCA or PSAB area. The RFSO description of goods
and services clearly states that the SO is not for deliveries of
goods or services in a CLCA area.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
