    Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires 2 Building Maintenance Technicians, a Computer Programs and a Mechanical Technician for Building Maintenance. The work will occur at the following three (3) sites: 
    
      1) National Hydrology Research Centre (NHRC) 
         #11 Innovation Boulevard
         Saskatoon SK   S7N 3H5  
    
      2) Prairie & Northern Wildlife Research Centre (PNWRC) 
         #115 Perimeter Road
         Saskatoon  SK  S7N 0X4 
    
      3) Last Mountain Lake (LML) 
         P.O. Box 280, 
         Simpson, SK    S0G 4M0.   
    
    A full description of the work is in Annex A (Statement of Work) of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
    
    The Standing Offer will from the date of issuance to 31 March 2022 with an additional two (2) periods of one year each.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
    
    There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses.
    
    There is a mandatory site visit on May 7, 2019 associated with this Request for Standing Offer. Details of the mandatory site visit can be found in section 2.6 of the Request for Standing Offer.
