Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of
four (4) solar powered, portable, changeable message signs for
the Lake Louise, Yoho, Kootenay (LLYK) Field Unit, within the
Banff, Yoho and Kootenay National Parks.  These signs are to
provide roadside messages to travelers addressing a range of
issues critical to public safety, including forest fire and
avalanche safety information, traffic congestion and wildlife
hazards.

These signs should be easily installed and programmed with
minimal training and include anti-theft measures.  The signs are
required to hold messages in both French and English and have
the capacity to accept and display custom messages and include
anti-tamper measures.  Two (2) of the signs must also include
the capacity to display the speed of oncoming vehicles and
include data capture ability.  Data capture should include
traffic speed, count and time of day.

These signs must be delivered no later than March 31, 2015 to:

American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
