The Department of National Defence (DND) has the requirement for the provision of accommodations and food services for the Regional Cadet Support Unit (Northwest) Honour Band Training in Saskatchewan. 

The accommodations must be within 200 Kilometers of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, with single rooms for the Supervising Officers, and either rooms or cabins for the Cadets.  

The Supervising Officers can be put up in a hotel rooms off site if need be, but it must be within ½ hour driving distance from the training location.  IF the Supervising Officers are put up in a hotel off site, there must be accommodations available for up to four (4) Supervising Officers on site at the training facility each night for supervision of the Cadets.

Food services are to be provided as per the cadet feeding standard attached at Appendix 1.  Snacks are to include a hot beverage or juice and a dessert.

For the first period of the Standing Offer, services will be required for a period commencing March 18, 2016 to March 27, 2016, and may be required anytime between March 1, 2017 and April 30, 2017.

For the option period of the standing offer, services may be required anytime between March 1st 2018 and April 30, 2018. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
