CanmetENERGY of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) in Devon, AB has the requirement of the supply, delivery, commissioning, and provision of warranty services for a 30 L glass Polymerization Reactor System with stainless steel scaffolding suitable for the synthesis of a variety of polymers in water and organic solvents. 

The Polymerization Reactor System will be used as a research tool for the production of hydrophobic polymeric solidifiers and water-soluble flocculant polymers in the pilot scale. 

The supplier must submit documentation for the make and model of the system components being offered with their bid package that clearly demonstrates how their system complies with the required specifications. The supplier must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the equipment being offered. The supplier must respond in detail to each item in the specifications detailed below. 

All systems and components must be in accordance with common industry practice, including Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications. The System and all components must be new and a current production model, factory supplied, and warranted for a minimum of one (1) year by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
