Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Department of National Defence, CFB Shilo, Flatlands Dining Hall,  has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of Meat, Fish, Poultry and Alternatives, on an as and when requested basis for the period of the Standing Offer.

The period of this standing offer will be from Date of Issuance to November 30, 2020, with rebid periods as applicable for the commodity.
 
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.


Rebid Period: The standing offer holder and any other interested suppliers will be able to bid on this requirement at a specified period as laid out in the Standing Offer and this bid solicitation.  The same evaluation criteria will be used at the time of the rebid period as is used in the original evaluation. The requirement will remain posted on Buy and Sell for the period of the Standing Offer which will be affected by the rebid periods.
