Suppliers should review the entire solicitation document as there are changes to it from previous versions. Suppliers should also ensure they provide all applicable information and complete any areas that are to be completed prior to submitting their offer. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence, Joint Task Force North, Yellowknife, NT, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of miscellaneous groceries on an as and when requested basis. Successful offerors shall supply, deliver and offload various quantities of food products over the period of the standing offer, for the period of one year with two one year option periods in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Self-Governance Agreement This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
