The Department of Environment Canada (EC), Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan, requires an Isotopic Water Analyser for the stable
isotopic analyses of both liquid water and water vapor by March
31st, 2015. This device is used in support of Lake Winnipeg
Basin Initiative 2 (LWB12) and other projects within the
Watershed Hydrology and Ecology Research Division (WHERD), as
required. This instrument essentially replaces current mass
spectrometric analyses of waters and vapor.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).
