Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTA Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Low Pressure Laminates 21C11-177005/B Kowal, Meagan Telephone No. - (306) 241-3494 ( ) Fax No. - (306) 975-5397 ( ) To supply low pressure plastic laminate and particle board in accordance with the specifications in Annex "A" - Requirement, Annex "B" - Basis of Payment’ and Annex "C" - Delivery Destinations and Authorized Site Authorities for Correctional Service Canada, CORCAN, various locations across Canada, as and when requested, during the period of the National Individual Standing Offer from date of Standing Offer issue to 31 July 2018 inclusive. The low pressure laminate and particleboard will be used as sides of a workstation, pedestals etc...CSC uses high pressure laminates (Arborite) for the tops of desks and low pressure for sides, modesty panels etc... Therefore the low pressure laminate colours must be Aborite. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional 4 periods, from 01 August 2018 to 31 July 2019; 01 August 2019 to 31 July 2020; 01 August 2020 to 31 July 2021 and 01 August 2021 to 31 July 2022; under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
