For the supply and delivery of Corrugated Steel Pipe Culverts, Couplers and Sluice Gates to the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada  (AAFC)  for delivery to 3 locations: 
Val Marie, Saskatchewan, Rush Lake, Saskatchewan, and Eastend, Saskatchewan.

The requirement is detailed under Article 6.2 of the resulting contract clauses.
