Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of Plumbing and Heating Supplies to Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba if and when identified users request such goods during the periods of the Standing offer.  This Standing offer will incorporate the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Collaborative Procurement Initiative which allows users from the Provinces and Territories to become part of this Standing Offer.  Currently the Province of Manitoba has requested to be part of the Standing Offer.   Additional users may be added during the solicitation phase. The period of the SO is from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
