The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of fresh bakery products to the Canadian Forces Base Suffield area of responsibility. The product is required on an "as required and as requested" basis per call-ups issued against the standing offer. 

The period of the standing offer is one year, with two additional optional periods of one year each and two price refreshes. 

Price Refreshes : The Offeror is able to update the prices of the items listed in the standing offer by specific dates outlined in the Basis of Payment. Refer to Annex "B" Basis of Payment for price refresh instructions.

IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.
