Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a Contractor to carry out the design, supply, install, monitoring, calibrations and maintenance of a comprehensive Avalanche Detection Network (AND) that will provide continuous avalanche activity monitoring in slide paths which effect the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH)
through Glacier National Park (GNP) during the winter months.  

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 2021-03-31 inclusive.  The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one additional three year period(s) under the same conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
