    This requirement is for the provision of portable sanitation services (supply and servicing) which includes chemical toilets, hand wash stations and grey water containment for the training season and during the off season at Canadian Forces Base Suffield.  This includes all transportation of units, expertise, labor and materials required in support of Department of National Defence and British Army Training Unit Suffield (BATUS), Ralston, Alberta on a “fixed” and “as and when required” basis.  
    
    The period of the Contract is from 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. 
    
    The Contractor grant to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional option period(s) under the same conditions as follows: 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022, 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.    
    
    The training season is normally from 15 April to 01 November for each contract year.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
