Requirement:  Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) aims to purchase, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada,  expert consultation to inform and guide the development of a computer adaptive personality test for use in Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel selection. 
The CAF is seeking to replicate a product (i.e., the Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System, TAPAS) developed for the United States Army). Hence, the information that is being sought through this Requirement is based directly on the Research and Development (R&D) experience of the TAPAS developers. Delivery:  To DRDC Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Period of resulting contract:  5 years from date of Contract award.
Security Requirements:  
Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at Reliability level; with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of PROTECTED B,
